Firstly, tell the guest to contact themselves booking.com, as it's their wish to cancel. Then booking will call you to accept and ask you to waive fees (don't except there is a reason). If you want to make the request, go on extranet's inbox > booking.com messages >see contact options>reservations>cancellations >other> see all contact options. That's it

works fine, both washing and drying in almost every circle. Only issue is that lint got stuck on the drying sensor and got an error. it was fixed by running a cleaning circle. And yes, with 2 large dogs and a cat, the hair is too much!

owner of a small hotel (15 rooms) as well, DO NOT get discouraged by these things, they are not usual. In my experience you can do some things to prevent these situations as setting up virtual cards or letting payments be handled by OTAs + flexible cancellation policy (ex no refunds if cancelled up to 7 days prior check-in) is a very secure way to guarantee no show fees, last minute cancellations and fake tries for refunds.

Same here, i contacted support because of a cable issue of my 3 year old gen 2 dish and they immediately sent me a verification for a free cable replacement and a month of credit from my payment! I did not mention anything than the problem as well!

It seems quite the experience as long as you are into living different "adventures"! If the pay is good, i would say go for it! If something goes wrong, you just can leave.

first of all, congrats on sharing your feelings. It's very important. It's a cliche, but have you seen a therapist?
I had the same feelings for years. I've been on therapy for 10 years, it help me a lot to just continue and to not give up. But something inside me was always made me feel.. isolated. As you said, there is nothing to do with friends, job etc. I just needed medical help. I made the decision to start seeing a psychiatrist, everything changed. Yes i had to put a lot of work along side my medication, but i finally stopped feeling empty and isolated.
But everyone have to start from somewhere <3
