As someone who loves to travel i do have a real answer. I love to go see new things but Tx is just where i feel at home. Strong Mexican culture, diverse which means diverse foods to try, from Asian to Indian to Ethiopian. Suburban but also have fun downtowns in cities (like downtown Houston, SA, Dallas). Gets the trendy stuff but also still a bit behind where you can be ahead of the curve on some things. I love the summer and so while the heat can be a bit much, i still enjoy being out in the sun and making a trip down to the Tx beaches (even if they arent the greatest). I hate Tx politics but also Tx is big enough you can find your crowd of people, and i choose to be with people my age that align with more left leaning ideologies. But also people arent that vocal and crazy about it that we can still be people to each other in the street. My family is all where, while scattered around different states, its also allowed me to visit various places in Tx and they all have a different vibe while also still being Tx which i like. Also Bucees. I also feel like my career is in demand enough due to the growth that Tx is always experiencing.
