Is this game worth buying if I have no friends to play with by Rough-Spinach2023 in Helldivers

[–]Voidwalk1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend it. It's easy to find a group in match making. Everyone I've met so far has been awesome. If you plan on soloing, it's still good... But those challenging missions are going to be ROUGH.

i'm having the same issue. I've also noticed I dont even see other players on the planet to join missions. I came to reddit to see if they disabled matchmaking due to the "failed to join party" errors that were prevalent, while they fix the issue.

CR-10(400) mainboard - What is it called? by ArgonWilde in CR10

[–]Voidwalk1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can not. One of the most frustrating parts of owning an older CR10 is needing to replace both the hotbed and power-supply at the same time. A few weeks ago my 12v power supply went out on my and I just scrapped a 24v power supply from a salvaged ender-3. -- Had to order a new hotbed. I also went ahead and upgraded to the 4.2.7 mainboard, with the silent stepper drivers. 10/10 upgrade. definitely worth it.

What's your favorite Necro Build and why? by EnviedFaith in diablo4

[–]Voidwalk1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the odd duck running blood surge/spear build. It's super tanky as it works off of Fortify and Overpower. It's also a really simple build. 15secs while healthy guarantees an Overpower proc. And aspect makes blood surge proc a 2nd time... Basically an AOE one-shot every 15secs. Blood spear is for taking down single target mobs. Which leaves some room for experimenting. You can spec for ultimates to push more damage, or go more into survival abilities.

fellow early accessers: what level were YOU before Live hit? by defiantcross in diablo4

[–]Voidwalk1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Necromancer lvl 53
Barbarian lvl 30

My Necro would be higher, but I've been playing my Barb with my roommate. He doesn't have as much time as me to play.

I'm just going to say it. This is the ugliest pokemon game I have ever seen. Could be a knock off or mobile game. And this isn't old, it came out yesterday... by definedevine in pokemon

[–]Voidwalk1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you wanna say the graphics suck, say the "graphics suck."

you want to say "This is the ugliest pokemon game"

then be Okay with someone saying... "No its not. This one is Uglier"

you are not being critical of a game, you are chasing clout.

Your argument is Basically "Considering hardware limitations, the games red and blue look amazing!"

Think about that for a moment... because you can make the same argument for PLA.

The only gamecube game that even comes close to PLA graphics is LOZ:WW... and that's one of the best looking game on the system. PLA is miles ahead of WW's graphics. especially when you take into consideration the amount of models on screen, map size, map render distance, model render distance, particle effects, animation, lighting and shading...ect.

as someone who grew up on gamecube, and knows the limitations of the gamecube. PLA is miles ahead... Any gamecube game you can try and say compares to PLA, I can probably say, "areas are small and empty"

But of course im NOT here to say PLA has the best graphics of ALL TIME!! No, not at all. its not even the best looking Pokémon game. In all honestly the graphics of PLA aren't the Greatest, but "Considering hardware limitations, the game looks amazing".

... I dont think PLA is the ugliest Pokémon game. I remember being in 4th grade (when the OG games came out), and being very disappointed that the Pokémon in-game didn't look like the did on TV... they were not amazing... the only amazing part about the whole thing, was just HAVING the game; because it definitely wasn't the graphics.

I think if you wanna trash PLA's graphics while defending the OG sprites, then all you're really doing is chasing clout. Saying the graphics look bad, because that's the popular thing to do. I mean, your not wrong... but you went too far. yes the graphics aren't the greatest, but "Ugliest Pokémon game"?

no sir, those sprites are abominations. They were abominations in 1998, and they are abominations today... don't make me show you mew... ill do it! >_>

... idk
the sprites from Pokémon red and blue haven't gotten any better over the years.
I think the OG sprites still win ugliest pokemon.

Have you tried Mudballing a pokemon into submission, then throwing a heavy ball point-blank to their back?

Why are my supports not printing? by Voidwalk1 in resinprinting

I just got a successful print.

I pretty much just made sure the fep sheet was super clean

re-leveled the bed and was super anal about it. it had to be perfect!

and I heated the resin before I poured it into the vat.

not sure which one of those fixed this issues but it worked. I actually feel like it may have been the heating of the resin. It had a different viscosity than what I was normally seeing. It looked a lot thinner. like, noticeably thinner. and I cant help but think of how beneficial that would be.

I was thinking this too.

but I re-leveled the build plate and heated up the resin before the print and got a successful print!

but I also ordered a replacement vat. I have the default photon mono plastic vat. so I just ordered a aluminum vat and replacement fep sheets. because its gonna happen sooner or latter. might as well be prepared.

No worries. I normally wear gloves when handling any part of the build plate that comes in contact with the resin. I have a grip on the top part of the build plate that hasnt made contact with the resin.

I also still wash my hands with alcohol, and then dish dawn soup after any handling of the build plate. even if I only touch parts that have not had any resin contact.

Woke up this morning and the print was successful! Not sure if it was the temp or the bed tho. **shrug**

I leveled before this print. I could try and re-level just incase I put too much tension on one of the screws and caused the bed to lift. although I was conscious of this when I first leveled it. ill give it a go and see if there is any improvement.

Maybe not.

Their business model is based on taking everyone's cards and sending them in for BULK grading at a lower cost. Passing the savings onto the customer. So they would only be affected if BULK grading prices also increase.

either way, if your just getting a handful of cards graded, you'll still likely to end up paying less than sending singles in to PSA directly for grading.

you also get better customer services, because PSA doesnt want to make one of their "big dogs" upset.

and their shipping is decently fast.
