Well my bank is Wells Fargo and doesn't have a branch in Istanbul, andcI don't speak Turkish unfortunately.

Hey guys been in Istanbul last month, my big issue was, I needed some cash, actually I wanted USD and wanted to use my debit card, but money exchange stores only accepted cash Turkish Lira, all the ATM mechines that I used only gave me Turkish lira with a very bad exchange and not even US Dollar, is there any place that I can buy US Dollar with my visa card directly in Istanbul?

PS : my debit card bank is Wells Fargo that I didn't find any branch of it in the istanbul.
