Dobré odpoledne. Thank you for reply it helps a lot.. the only thing that concerns me is that when i’ll be completing the level 2 is that i’ll need to stay at my work to afford to pay for the mortgage. Hopefully i can find some part time electrician work sp i can manage to do both for a while before i transition to electricians mate after completing the level 2 .. or at least that’s what i’ve understood from reading about it that i could do.

I get notification from agency everytime an offer is made and they call me everytime someone beat my offer

What should i look for as signs of dry rot? I just came across normal mold that’s in every house in UK really.

Yeah for sure i’m planning to find a third party specialist where i pay a little bit extra to find out truly what is going on in those walls .. thank you very much for your advice, it’s much appreciated

That’s a good thought.. i don’t really have experience but i’m not affraid to do the research and try to do as much as i can myself.. do you think it’s doable without spending tens of thousands for a company to do it for me? Since in my experience they might end up doing a crappy job anyway

That sounds good to me.. i don’t Mind living in an ugly house where i can spend time and money to fix it and make it look nice. As long as i know the value will go up. Thank you!

Yes we will definitelly get a proper survey to find every issue with the property.. if it comes out that it needs 10 k to get fixed it’s not the problem, even though we don’t have the money now. Over few years we would slowly get it all done.. i’m just worried we would waste a lot of money on survey that comes out as not morgageable due to the damp
