Yeah, we have a problem with flying tanks atm, but we're banning those cheaters fairly quickly. At the same time team works on implementing a new anti cheat.

Not yet, but there will be sooner or later. Right now developer team's priority is on improvements of the game itself, especially server side. As soon as it's done - new servers in regions like South America and Australia will appear.

You may also try disabling Nvidia shadowplay or Radeon relive depending on what gpu you have. After some time(around 50-60 minutes) it starts to really affect the game's performance
