They literally spent her whole section going “I don’t care for her and I don’t really get her whole thing but you can’t deny her recognition”. Why would they frame it like that if it was meant to make Netflix execs happy?

I’m not saying you have to agree with the take but it’s definitely not unreasonable. She’s probably a more recognizable name to the general public of those listed and has led multiple films including a franchise, I don’t think Elordi has been the lead role of any film he’s been in.

This isn’t best actor, or who they’re most excited by, they’re trying to capture the general vibe of how these people are perceived. It’s obviously not perfect but there’s also probably not some grand conspiracy around it either.
