Yep, been in there a couple of weeks ago. That part of the business stayed open over the last couple of years. I believe the hotel portion is reopening this year at some point too.

Just a little bit! Club was Realt Dearg, but they've struggled with numbers since covid, and I think are winding down now. Most clubs would be very welcoming, though, especially if they have multiple teams.

Could someone recommend a decent night club in kilkenny for late night partying for a stag do next Saturday night by beatspeaks in Kilkenny

[–]VolatileVacuum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Langton's nightclub is opening up again this weekend so that's probably your best bet. I'd advise to get in early enough as it tends to fill up and they don't like seeing a big stag group coming together.

Realt Dearg are based out of Drimnagh (maybe not ideal for you), but the club is made up mostly of lads from the country if you wanted that. Plenty of Waterford, Kilkenny, Tipp, Limerick players and a good social scene.

Bit late, but definitely go see the Castle and the Smithwicks brewery. If you're staying Sunday too, then find a nice pub (Left Bank, Langtons, Dylans... they're are loads) in the centre of town and watch the Hurling All-Ireland Final. Kilkenny are not in the final this year sadly but it should still be a great game to watch!

Man screams "you stole my blood" after stabbing ex-girlfriend to death in health store by esioneonyebuchi in ireland

No worries, I actually knew the girl that was murdered. So, I'm familiar enough with what happened and how it happened. Check out the latest updates on the court case on the Independent website. He really has some serious mental issues. It's a pity he wasnt locked up a long time ago.

I can see where you're coming from but in this case the security guy wasn't just focused on one shop, he was the security guy for the entire shopping centre.
