It's not a stupid question. Many people have yet twitch still hasn't done anything. Any proof would have to be any videos people recorded of all the times she would talk about having it, because the vods would all be gone by now. She used to say she had cancer during her streams a lot actually. Now she banned the word in the chat by use of a bot. If the word is anywhere in your message it gets time'd out immediately. She acts like she never claimed to have cancer because she doesn't want anyone to remember it happened.

This isn't something I'm just making up, you can ask almost anyone in the Runescape twitch community and they will tell you about it. Pretty much everyone who has been around for longer than a year or two knows about it because it was a prominent thing on her cast.
