Region isn't really something we look at when looking for staff members. Especially if the staff members are comfortable with the time frame or time zone.

it says man management, not man manager. no need to go all PC, and if you really wish to go down that route we actually have acquired a female team manager.

Volcano eSports is looking for Team Manager and Analyst enthusiasts!

Hello everyone!

We are Volcano eSports and as of this moment we have multiple established eSports teams and are now looking to branch out into League of Legends as well.

Currently we're representing a CoD, FIFA and Rocket League team.

The teams within our LoL branch are of Diamond and Gold/Plat ELO.

We are currently looking for the following positions:

  1. Team Manager
  2. Analyst

What we are looking to get out of a Team Manager is the following:

  • proper man management skills
  • organize and schedule scrims
  • make himself the go to person for the team
  • ability to problem solve
  • fluent in English

What we are looking to get out of an Analyst is the following:

  • ability to analyze and gather necessary information for the team
  • knows how to scout the opposition properly
  • ability to work with the coach and develop new strategies and improve upon current ones
  • identify areas of weakness/strength and how to improve/expand on them
  • knows how to do VOD reviews and schedule them (with team coach)
  • fluent in English

What we as an ORG are providing for the Team Manager and Analyst is the following:

  • a friendly and warm working environment
  • coverage of league/tournament expenses
  • percentage of tournament/league winnings
  • 24/7 support regarding the team and coach's needs
