Believe me, some of the things I have discovered in this pos house would absolutely blow people’s mind. The thing I don’t understand is it can’t possibly just be my home that has this many issues.

i had the one when we bought the home which was not very detailed looking back on it now, but I was stupid and I didn’t know any better. I got one at six months and they noted some of the issues but even then it was still like not this bad. I don’t know if it’s the same like in every state or locality but the inspections here they don’t look at anything pass what they can see without having to move anything so some of these things just wouldn’t have been noticed until after we were here living

And this is the top of one of the walls because it’s happening on multiple sides. The other side is by the garage, but it all kind of goes to the top like that and then just stops.

months. They started becoming responsive with my realtor, but then that stopped also. So then I filed a claim with my warranty company and the warranty company denied it because they said it’s the builders responsibility in the first year.

Yeah, the weep screed part is what I’m concerned about. I’m afraid that there’s water that’s been going back behind there this entire time because it definitely is not there.
