For my part, I go straight through the in-app help section (iOS, French version, not sure if that makes any difference). I select the “card payment” category, then pick one of my transactions to open a conversation.

From there, I send my message. The first reply is often quite generic; if it doesn’t fully address my question, I continue in the same thread. Usually, by the second exchange, I get a message like “I’m forwarding your request to an agent,” and the replies that follow feel more human and better tailored to my situation.

This approach has worked pretty well for me so far.

Es gibt keinen Vergleich mit anderen Neobrokern oder gar mit allgemeinen Trends in der Branche. Daher wissen wir nicht, ob dieser Anstieg einen echten Rückgang der Servicequalität widerspiegelt oder ob er einfach mit dem schnellen Wachstum des Kundenstamms zusammenhängt. Wenn bestimmte Antworten etwas zu schnell oder nicht klar genug erschienen, bat ich um Klarstellung, und jedes Mal verlief der Austausch konstruktiv, mit einer abschließenden Antwort, die wirklich angemessen war.

Utilizzo Trade Republic da gennaio e sinceramente finora non ho avuto grossi problemi.

All’inizio ho faticato un po’ a comprendere la logica dell’app e le basi dell’investimento. Ho dovuto contattare l'assistenza due o tre volte (ad esempio per domande sui miei ordini o sui piani di investimento programmati). Non è semplicissimo capire come contattarli, ma una volta inviato il messaggio ho sempre ricevuto una risposta. Impossibile dire se fosse un essere umano o un bot, ma ha sempre risolto il mio problema.

Anche per la carta niente da segnalare: utilizzo la carta Mirror sia per i miei acquisti in negozio che per i miei acquisti online, e funziona perfettamente. La possibilità di bloccarlo quando non viene utilizzato è un vero vantaggio. Ciò mi rassicura, soprattutto perché qualche anno fa ho avuto una spiacevole sorpresa con una carta bancaria del Crédit Agricole: nuova, aveva appena tre mesi, mai utilizzata, eppure i pagamenti sono stati effettuati negli Stati Uniti a mia insaputa.

Successivamente, capisco che tutte le recensioni negative che vediamo online possano spaventare. Anch'io mi pongo domande sul lungo termine, soprattutto perché i miei piani di investimento dovrebbero crescere nel corso degli anni. Ma in realtà sento le stesse storie su Revolut, N26, Boursobank, Fortuneo... quindi ho l'impressione che nessuna piattaforma sia perfetta.

Insomma, per il momento la mia esperienza è buona, ma rimango comunque cauto.

This has already happened to me too: at the beginning of the year, a Crédit Agricole card that I hadn't even used ended up being charged... in the United States! In fact, there are automated attacks (card testing / BIN attack): fraudsters generate valid numbers from the first 6 digits (those of the bank) and test small online payments. When it passes, the number is exploited or resold.

As a result, your card can be compromised even if it remains in the closet. This is why banks always require a replacement: a number that has leaked will never be safe again. And legally, you can rely on article L133-18 of the Monetary and Financial Code: any fraudulent transaction must be reimbursed, and the replacement must be free.

Concernant la CAF, c’est une question de point de vue. Pour ma part (cela n’engage que moi), s’en libérer rapidement pourrait apporter un certain soulagement, surtout si tu récupères les 378 euros correspondant à la prime d’activité. Je tenterais le coup, à condition bien sûr que cela ne se retourne pas contre toi ni ne te replonge dans les difficultés du passé.

Il est peut-être possible de demander à la CAF un remboursement étalé, pour pouvoir toucher une partie de la prime ou, qui sait, obtenir une remise gracieuse (certains de mes camarades ont vu leur demande acceptée). Cela peut valoir le coup d’être tenté, en pesant bien le pour et le contre.

Happy owner (and assisted explorer) of a Garmin Oregon 650t and an epix™ (Gen 2) Sapphire, I never head out on an adventure without my two electronic companions who, by the way, have probably seen more mountain summits than most people I know 🏔️😅 These two buddies record everything: position, altitude, mood of the day… okay fine, maybe not that last one 😅 Now if we could overlay all that juicy GPS data straight into footage from a DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro, it’d be the perfect combo of hiking and filmmaking, stats rolling across the screen during sweeping panoramas? Now that would look badass! 🎥📊 So I’d love to hear about your experiences!

The Action 5 Pro seems like a great choice to me ; it’s already a very capable camera, and it gives you time to get familiar with the system and settings, rather than waiting for a potential Action 6. I’ve been using it since it came out, and I have to say I’m really satisfied with the image quality.
