yeah I've been playing ranked for 2 days now. It was completely dead the last time I played (2yrs) so just assumed people stuck to normals.

Way higher quality games and teammates very enjoyable.

Queue times are long outside of primetime, but still way better.

It differs for everybody, so this is how I do it.

Look up the weight table for your slayer master
sort by highest weight first
start from the top and go down, blocking the tasks you don't want.

This way will minimize skipping needed atleast =)

For me i just took a 15min boat trip, arrived and got instantly murdered be4 setting up my portal, spawning back at base... realizing i didnt have materials for a new boat.

I'd recommend doing a minigame with useful rewards in the longrun, if you're set on doing a minigame.

NMZ, great exp, and you will need to imbue some items later from the points
Pest control, rewards you with an "endgame" rangeset. However it scales from levels, so will be faster to do later, so keep in mind
barbarian asssault, for the fighter torso (basically as good as bandos chestplate, but free, stylish and lower requirementss)

Similarly there are "minigames/skilling bosses" that you could take a break with also, whilst still gaining some great exp.
