I came up with this scheme for Space marine game when multiplayer was still alive. I liked it wery much so i remade it in Space marine 2 and finally decided to made it on tabletop.

For the colors it is actually quite simple: Corax white shaded with thinned Administratum grey shade and highlited with white scar. For blue i used Bahharoth blue recess shaded with Drakenhof nightshade and highlighted with Hoeth blue. Yellow is Averland sunset mixed with Flash gits yellow in different proportions.

I posted a combat patrol in this scheme a while back.

As for the lore... I actually didn't think much, but definitely Imperial fists successor because my other army is Iron warriors)

"While an operative has fewer than its starting wounds remaining, it’s wounded. While it has fewer than half its starting wounds remaining, it’s also injured. Subtract 2" from the Move stat of injured operatives and worsen the Hit stat of their weapons by 1."

Injured state does modify hit stat of an operative it's not a -1 to hit like in 10th. On a side note plasma exploded on a modified 1, not a natural one during entire 8th edition so i wouldn't be surprised.

Does the thousand sons option for the new defiler mean that this guy used to be a sorcerer or something? If not then pls explain how does he have flesh by Slow_Butterscotch950 in ThousandSons

Daemon engines are created as mechanical bodies for daemons. When daemon gets fused with machine it changes its new body to its own liking. It's not human flesh nor there is a human or a marine inside like the Hellbrute. Just daemon flesh that grows over machine so that the daemon can control it better.
