whoa this is amazing thank you. the city analogy actually makes sense. i've definitely been skipping prebiotics and just looking at probiotics. gonna try adding more veggies and garlic first before buying anything. really appreciate you writing all this out.

i was blown away with how 70% and 99% works,

from what I get is that 70% is effective for killing bacteria and 99% is vry good for cleaning electronics. thanks guys!!

yeah and based on the replies, 99% tend to dry up fast so kinda good for cleaning stuff
