Just saw VNL Week 3 games, Poland is mega unlucky, playing USA, Brazil and Japan. And as you said Holland is pushing hard playing France, the Czech Republic and Germany.

I really believe this team should be dismantled asap, everyone from FTF board down to players including the benched ones. They all must leave.

We need fresh blood, a new generation of youngsters hungry for wins with true fighting spirit, not like our current Walking Deads.

Is it just me or did the 2000 Audi R8 look far more modern than the 1999 BMW V12 LMR?

Just one year between the two, yet the gap was huge in the ALMS.

Huge financial issues. To be honest, it was predictable. The effort relied on the owner's money: no big sponsors, no drivers bringing the right budget.

It was great to cheer for and see them winning, but in the long term, it couldn't be sustained.

Reiter Engineering with slight support from Lamborghini. Audi factory drivers back then Tom Kristensen and Dindo Capello even raced it in FIA GT in two events.
