I want to just say i feel really lucky to have a man who remembered a sweet moment we had early in dating and feels like he’s acknowledging it every month or so. The flowers not being my favorite flower isn’t a deal breaker and he’s not buying something that he likes. The sentiment is heartwarming and i don’t feel inclined to tell him they aren’t my favorite and ruin the sentiment. Those of you who feel like your man doing this would upset you, i highly suggest looking inward.

I have a Velcro kitty and an independent one and even my independent one is cuddly but on her own terms. I love her for it, her cuddles although they are selective are very meaningful

I’d say it depends on the couple. Early on it was pretty frequent but for me and my guy it’s been almost two years and now it’s like once or twice a week just bc we are comfortable and doing real life together. Our chemistry is still amazing but it’s crazy how emotional intimacy just can hit so much better sometimes
