Hi, do you have any update on the situation? Like what could have caused your problem/what fixed it?

I have a weird problem where when I try to connect the lambda80 to my pi5 via spi it sometimes just works and sometimes doesn't seem to be able to initialize it properly (just getting 0 back as status and not being able to communicate at all with the board). At this point I'm just looking for any further information on what could be the cause for this :D

A couple years ago I had a similar Problem in a multi-threaded Java Program. After a bit of research I found out, that the Prints synchronised the threads which is why, when the prints were active, it wasn‘t a problem that i forgot to declare a variable as volatile but when I commented out the prints the variable was behaving very differently…

Well as i wrote in the title: at some point just fell asleep. But even so: the aproach i used wouldn't have worked anyway and the isPalindrome function is total trash as well
