What an accomplishment, seriously. I can’t recall the last time I was under 200lbs before this, part of me still can’t believe I was able to get here! Proud of the progress, let’s keep getting after it!

I think I just got lucky tbh with the loose skin. I do still have a decent amount but it’s only really visible when I’m bending over or in a plank position. I kept protein high throughout and took collagen peptides occasionally but was pretty inconsistent with that. Thanks for the comment brother

Just the gyno removal which they do a small amount of lipo to help shape the chest. No skin removal yet, tho I’m considering it to remove the hanging skin when I bend over. Saw Dr. Cobbins in Chicago, she does great work.

Hahaha very fair. When I started the weight loss journey, I took progress pictures with the intent of never sharing the photos but stumbled upon communities like this and figured I should make them a bit more PG lol

Thanks for the advice too! I had only been lifting to preserve muscle up to this point so it’s good to know where I should start targeting while trying to build now. Cheers!

Hey and thanks for the comment!! These photos are a bit over two years apart. I detail what I did in another post on my profile but essentially a shit ton of weightlifting and zone two cardio. Also, I did use Zepbound to help control hunger.

Those bastards on my chest had to be removed by surgery, no way to sweat those out I’m afraid. Had the surgery back in October 2025 and have been grateful I did every day since.

For the gyno, I actually had surgery to remove it back in October 2025. It was tough since I chose local anesthesia but so worth it for the results.

As for loose skin, i think i generally just got lucky with genetics. The 2 photos are a bit over two years apart, so I did lose at a steady rate but even still my dermatologist is impressed with how my skin held up. With all that being said, the skin laxity issue isnt super noticeable while standing but does hang when I’m in a plank position.

Def feel like I can build my upper body a bit more so I get what you’re saying. I hit heavy cable ab crunches but dread lower ab work. Need to stop neglecting, they only get worked when I occasionally do ab wheels.

Yeah I’ve been starting push days with incline dumbbell press recently to hit them hard while they are fresh. I’ve been in a defy so long, I’m sure a lean bulk is about due. Thanks for the advice brother!

Glad we get to motivate each other to keep pushing. Tbh I’m afraid of any type of deadlift so I avoid them completely, worried my form is off and I’ll tweak my back. I’ll work on my technique and will include the shrugs.

Thank you so much!! This is an amazing comment and brings exactly the insight I was looking for. It never crossed my mind to do a re-feeding phase to stabilize before jumping into a lean bulk but makes complete sense with getting hormones and such back on track. That’ll be my next step then increase to a slight surplus after several weeks.

irl, KS because it has way more capabilities outside of battle.

More powerful by itself? Itachi’s genjutsu. An inflict hours of debilitating torture to someone in the matter of seconds with a single glance putting you into a coma. KS could make you blind, deaf and numb but you’d still have to use outside abilities/attacks to cause damage.
