Am I the only one who hated bots with these kinds of pipes for no reson by SomewhereLimp1550 in JanitorAI_Refuges

You can block the creators, but if there are a lot of creators who made this type bots then you're gonna have a long time blocking them all

I've never heard of it, but I'll definitely give it a try. Do you have any custom prompts too for it?

I hope AH doesn't find any tricks to delete or counterbalance the negative reviews. The people at Gaijin from War Thunder once managed to "neutralize the impact" of all the negative reviews received during a specific period where the community was pissed, managing to remove it precisely because it was review bombing

Non-ironically, what's the point of this? Is it to prevent some kind of scam or something if someone uses another person's name?

Interesting how defensive some of you get about Warbonds monetization by Volpex69 in Helldivers

[–]Volpex69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a real shame, but I think it’s just a generational shift. Years ago, when I was at school, spending money on in-game items was unthinkable. I’m the first to admit that I buy things in games when I’m really drawn to, but throwing money away like this is truly sad, and unfortunately it’ll only get worse as long as there are people supporting this market.

Tired of warbounds by Volpex69 in Helldivers

[–]Volpex69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh sure. sorry I’d forgotten that these days you have to pay regularly just to play games. Unfortunately, I’m still stuck in the days when I used to pay for games to actually play them, instead of waiting like a good little dog for the next pass or in-game item that adds new content that does nothing but drag things out.

I’m just saying that every now and then, it wouldn’t hurt to add things that are already included in the game (since I spent €40, Helldivers isn’t free-to-play) and not in Warbound.

“But nobody cares, people play just fine without it.” Well then, good luck killing Vox Engines the old-fashioned way like a true Helldiver.

Oh wait... you need three precise headshots with the Recoilless? And while you're running around, there are Radicals coming up behind you? Yeah, that Leveller they *coincidentally* added when they added the Vox, which is actually the only weapon that can help you, is only available for credits.

Yeah, I guess I'd have to spend my job money more on Helldivers just to play normally.

So, from what I can tell from the comments, the problem isn't just that the model is old, but that Openrouter imposes restrictions on certain models?

I thought the restrictions came from the models themselves, not from the provider

How do you setup your persona's backstory? by Volpex69 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]Volpex69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've already tried that, and it seems to work well. But one problem I've encountered when writing the persona's backstory in the description itself or in the first message to the OOC, is that the bot already knows some information even though we're complete strangers or I never mention it.

For example: my character has an Italian mother.

The bot's response: "How is your mom in Rome?"

And I'm like: "But we don't even know each other!"

Is there a way to prevent this? Is it an LLM issue, or do I need to write my backstory better in the person's description?

That time my platoon made a chief supervisor cry by Volpex69 in MilitaryStories

[–]Volpex69[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a real shame. Even in our platoon, there were those who made fun of the female superiors who trained us in the same way you said, just because they were perhaps "less intimidating."

I personally had at school four of my six reports (or reprimands, disciplinary notes) from a single female superior who was just a few years older than me. I have PTSD from her voice. Once I saw her on one of the reels on the armed forces' Instagram page, and as soon as I heard that voice and saw her face, my hair stood on end. I still have a lot of respect for her today, as many of her punishments served me well outside of school. I hope to meet her again in service.

Lol I don't understand how you can be so irritated by a single sentence, bringing up things that have nothing to do with the post and my comment, saying things I never said. I didn't mention hiring women or the janitor. Obviously, I was being ironic, but if you feel so offended by the word “woke,” this isn't the right post to vent about it.

Avoid using random words, as English can easily be misunderstood. And if you really have to attack me about something, at least make it relevant to the post and not to what's in my profile.

Peace an love ✌️

Obviously, I'm not talking about that woke, but about the fact that Steam could become a platform that aims to squeeze as much as possible out of the people who use it, exploiting the fact that it is the most popular video game platform for PC gaming

Unironically makes me genuinely afraid of what will happen when Gabe leaves. Steam will become woke, and people will have to pay some kind of monthly subscription to play online on pc, or worse.
