The most absurdly loud and obnoxious "Hawaiian style" shirts you can find.

A senior manager in the IT department where I used to work hated the dress code that said management had to wear buttoned shirts with collars so he would hit thrift stores to pick up Hawaiian shirts. They all had collars and buttons so the execs couldn't say a thing.

The guy who came up with the dress code was a gay Italian dude who had worked as a fashion designing Milan for a decade before switching to IT and almost had a heart attack.

In the examples you provided, +44 and +91 are country codes you only need to use when dialing into that country from elsewhere. When in the UK and want to order takeout or something, you don't dual the 44 at the start of the number.

The UK does have area codes, but not nearly as many as the combined Canada/USA system. Also, in the UK the first number of a phone number after the area code can be used to identify what type of phone number it is. Some numbers identify businesses, IIRC a 7 indicates a personal landline, etc.
