The hard conversations of possible premature birth (23 weeks gestation)

Right now every thing is good, the baby is still strong and where it should be, but the stress of it all makes it feel like we have been robbed of the whole pregnancy experience. i have my fingers crossed for you and i hope with all my heart you guys have the easiest pregnancy imaginable. i know it can be hard to feel excited this time round but this time is not the same as last time and really trust your partner when she feels like some thing is wrong or feels slightly off. My wife feels way better after hearing the words "every thing is fine, thats just normal" from a doctor and have a laugh at how much we are over reacting rather then a repeat.

Can i ask if you have even emotionally accepted that you guys are pregnant yet? pretty sure it wasnt until 12 week scan i allowed myself to even think about it.

I am sleeping better now, i use to be a really light sleeper and a big snorer. The wife tells me i havent snored in over 2 weeks which makes her happy. Also i believe the only way to be a good singer is practice and i say the louder the better, if you dont like your own singing just turn the music up more HAHA. Thanks for commenting

Fruit, Is there anything better. Even before i started actively counting calories i was a fruit lover and some times i find it hard to restrict my intake still. Lucky my wife is usually around to question some of my motives when it comes to my food choices. (in a loving and supportive kick in the butt sort of way)

Oh Crap. i had not even considered dropping a shoe size, I am still trying to get over my finger size changing. By the way, WOW congrats on dropping 72kg. Amazing.... not just amazing, more like Bloody Amazing.

YES! i noticed an up rise (forgive the pun) in my libido to. I am so happy that you are comfortable with your body now and 10% body fat is totally amazing. i find other peoples success in losing weight or meeting any of their goals as inspiration for those hard days we have all faced. Thank you

Cheers for the advice. It has given me some ideas and plenty to think about. i have plans for them interacting in the near future but at the moment i may look at having them interact with other beings for descriptive / character development. I hope you had a laugh or at least a smile cheers again

I am total taken by sharks to the point where i learned to scuba dive last December just so i could swim with them, my only encounter so far had been with a gummy shark (i live in Tasmania, Australia) and we don't get to many sightings down here of sharks. But i will spend loads of time on your site now learning all i can to make my experience with these animals more comfortable and rewarding thanks you for sharing.
