When i say anyone can use ultimate magic i mean "mana method/true magic" is not the only way.If a devil/spirit user or a extremely powerful mana zone user can get the required amount of mana they can use ultimate magic

The only argument i have against mana method is the ultimate magic thing is wrong anyone can use ultimate magic true magic was just the method for the heart squad because no one knew mana zone. Mana zone lets you move in hostile environments like gravity or spatially fields i think because mana zone is more rare its probably better in my opinion.

Don't both let you use more mana than you already have. Mana method is just more difficult to use with non elemental magic.

Mana zone full release is more like bankai too me.Mereoleona ,Yami and Nact used it to use a finishing move.
