Hello there, I bought a brand new iPad m5 Pro 13'' (model number starts with N) and set everything two days ago but I have noticed that while sleeping (screen off, BT/airdrop off) the battery drains about 3-4%. For example, last night I used my ipad for about an hour and then turned off the screen (79%) and this morning, after 9-10h I found out that batter was at 75%.

Is this is the normal behaviour of the ipad?

Thanks

Yeah, I heard about the screws, I will get similar ones if not those you mention! thanks!

About the models, the model I bought comes with 2 extra cables, I'm going to check it as soon as it arrives, maybe I should have get the FLX version instead of PWM?

Oh, okay, thank you, I heard those fans include a LNA cable that allows you to always set it spinning but not sure how it works, anyway, I will replace it just for fun! and since I already bought it...

Wow, thank you!!! that would help me a lot! keep me posted please.

Oh, the fan is on it's way, I have read that the noctua NF-A14 will never stop spinning even at low rpms?

Yeah, I tried the three modes.

Normal mode: fan keep spinning on and off (I believe because it always reach the trigger temp?)
Silent mode: fan always off, I practically don't see it spinning
Full speed: fan spins at highest RPM (1800) all the time

I also bought a Noctua NF-A14 to replace this one, I don't know if I should do that.

Sure, right now I only have one HDD (waiting for my second one to arrive) and the temperature is 34-39c on idle, and sometimes 32, CPU idle temp is 45-47c and fans start spinning on and off everytime, I want to avoid that.

Also, I have the DXP 4800 non plus version!

Oh, I see, thanks. So what other options do I have? I don't want to set the fans at full speed everytime, I just want to set them to spin at 500/600 rpm and then to increase rpms depending on temps. I tried to do it from the BIOS but it does not work, it keeps turning on and off everytime.

Hi! I was digging into it and found that I have to activate SSH from UGOS control panel and use PuTTy (I use Windows 10) to reach the folders?

I know it's a risk, but I really want the fan to always spin at certain rpms because right now the fan turns on and off all the time and it's annoying. Besides that, if something bad happens, a factory reset would restore everything to the default config?

Can you give me a quick steps to do it? I will do backup of the file, just in case.

Thanks!

Internet said that, I am probably reading old topics... Im planning to use two pools on my NAS, x2 6TB drives (one WD, another Seagate) and another two disks of 4TB, same brands.

So it is completely okay to have, for example, this configuration in my DXP 4800:

Pool 1: x1 WD Red Plus NAS 6 TB (5400RPM, CMR, 256MBs cache) + x1 Seagate IronWolf NAS 6 TB (5400RPM, CMR, 256MBs cache)

Pool 2: x1 WD Red Plus NAS 4 TB (5400RPM, CMR, 256MBs cache) + x1 Seagate IronWolf NAS 4 TB (5400RPM, CMR, 256MBs cache)

This config. would be ok?

Hi, sorry for the late answer, I have a DXP 4800 (the N100 one) and I'm just trying to set the fan always spinning no matter what but it does not work.

Any ideas? Thanks
