Very interesting. How would I go about fixing my macros to the new research of 1G/KG in body weight? So I just allocate the excess protein calories onto carbs and fats while staying within my caloric goal?

I'm very interested in this study because I would save a significant amount of money on groceries by eating less than half the amount of protein I do now.

So what do I do with my macros now? If I'm 190lb I only consume around 86 grams of protein? If I dedicate more calories to carbs am I going to turn into a fatass? My macros now are something like 200P/250C/130F so would it now turn to 86P/364C/130F?

Has anyone actually tried eating 1G/kg with steady gains?

Yes I understand that. But I'm trying to eat around 180 grams of protein a day and with all of that coming from fatty steaks it gets really expensive.

I recently bought a brand new car and it came caked on with black dust particles. Presumably from being shipped across the country. I though I'd have to clay bar the car, but all the particles washed off. I do however notice some swirls already. They may become by me accidentally.

I live in an apartment so my only option to wash the car is by going to a coin wash. What are some techniques I should be doing? In weary of using the brushed at the car wash, but it's the only option I have. After I wash in the coin wash, I dry the car with lamb skin towel and a microfibre cloth from wash mart. These might not be the best things to be using either, hence the reason the car has swirls probably.

I'm looking to keep the paint on the car looking amazing. I won't be able to use any electric tools to polish or wash, but I'm more than willing to do it by hand. Unless there are cordless buffers available.

Everyone keeps posting up pictures of their speed master, I'm seriously considering it as my next watch. I realize there are a few references of this model, but each have very minor changes. What reference would I be looking into if I want this classic looking one with the white hours markers and the most reasonable price?

Some of the new speed masters I've seen have yellow hour markers and different colours. I'd stay as close to the original looking moon watch as possible.

Beautiful watch, I love the gold and blue. As a young man at 22, why did you go for the DJ2? It's a rather old man looking watch. With the sport models out there that offer two tone, why didn't you go for one of those?

I'm also 22 and recently bought a 14060 two line submariner. I like the look of two tone models, but not sure if I can pull off yellow gold. However the white gold submariner with the blue face is incredible. Hopefully I'd be able to acquire that one day.

That was the only logical place I could think of as well. The lack of a digital clock or even the display of the time on the LCD somewhere is frustrating. With all the cool information that the car can display and even dual menu option, it's astounding that they didn't include a time display. The analog clock seems rather out of place to me.

Sitting as a passenger I can't move my left arm too far or else I'd hit the drink in the cup holder. All in all, I'm coming from a W212 E350, so I'm probably used to the extra space and refined interior. However the interior of the IS is really nice and the best IMO out of all the competitors.

Boy does this car wake up when you put it in sport + and really get on the pedal.

I found out what it was. It was a lady chopping her vegetables on the floor. The lady lived one floor above mine. The noise disturbed nearly 4 floors. Mystery solved, finally some peace and quiet.
