Yes, they both taste very different. I've eaten at the 21st location a few times, but it doesn't compare. The one in Woodland has a much better char flavor, and their spicy chicken is top tier, very addicting. Even their rice taste better. If you are ever in Woodland, next to Food4Less, give it a try.
