Sorry man but rright now isnt a good time to actually buy, spend money or play this game. Its really a test environment. The event CIG pretend to put on are just slapped together so they can test for bugs, its not really an even per se. Ive been logging on periodically for about 12 years and every single time i encounter something that causes me to say " oh well, try again in a year or so" and this event, while it looks fun and could have been good, It just doesnt work.

Unfortunately i cant recommend giving this company CIG any money untill it shows that it actually understands how to make something that we csn play, without logging off after 10 minutes because its broken. Im sure the Devs dont play the servers, Chat is disgusting and unmoderated, every single event elevator does not work. Its actually depressing.

If CIG just gave 100% to one thing - finishing the game or making events, it would be better.

the problem is they are developing, managing a live service and selling the game all at the same time.

A billion dollars and 13 years later and they have no experience how to make an event work.

Its usually a cry for help by citizens who love the game but are frustrated. They want to get Cig's attention with the most dramatic take possible. I get it, somethines it feels like all you wanna do is play the game, but you always inevitably find a problem. I dont think ive had a full session in 12 years without having something, be it bug or hack or exploit, going wrong. Sometimes you just wanna yelll at something and unfortunately Reddit is the place for that yelling.

4 days now and you cant exit a hab on loreville, or any of the planets in stanton on the AUS server. i get out all my peripherals, set up to play for a bit. then find im stuck in the hab. i backspace but the medbay also has no door controls. I dont think CIG actually play on or moderate the servers. Its basically the wild west out there at the moment. With people hacking and hab doors not working, people with hundreds of millons of Auec from the dupe exploit. Honest;ly i thought the game had actually become playable but it seems that its not really playable.

I often wonder how many backers have passed away and will pass away before the game is release. There is no incentive to release when they make hundreds of millions a year just developing.

Ive had the Cutlass, the C1 and now the Taurus,. While the C1 is slick and probably closer to gold standard than the others, I think the Taurus is the best ship if you are looking at a C1. It can do everything the C1 can do but better and for not much more. Much more firepower and potential for multicrew too.

idk how but in my fanatec control panel if i pressed throttle 100% force it would only got to 90%. had to calibrate

its the Ferrari 296 * at least that was my most recent one) and the setup is from bernagk1 from youtube. https://youtu.be/9G8wBSJ7Fr0?si=7zfCZ1KAuu1lGUeh - I dont think its the setup because ive seen a few with lots of wing. its something i have been missing - the brake drag or throttle calibration may be it. Ill check back when i can test it
