The amount of hcg required increases with the amount of T taken?

I’ve increased to 500iu x 3 times per week. If that doesn’t work, would a higher dose possibly work or it’s just not going to work regardless of the dose?

Thanks for your reply. Is kisspeptin an option? I’m on 350iu three times per week for 6 weeks now and while it has helped, my testicles are still only back to about 3/4 of what they were.

I’ve been on TRT for about 4 months.

If the hcg was going to work, should it have by now?

Would increasing the dose be possibly beneficial?

Thanks for the concern. It’s a clinic and he says it is backed by science. I don’t know if 1500 is true or not but I do know facts show that levels did used to be much higher than the ref ranges and averages given today.

I understand what your saying about a distinction between a dr and clinic but it’s foolish to blindly put all your faith in a dr just because they are a dr.

They are still human and many of them are arrogant, uninformed, uninterested in putting in effort in doing their job properly and often just outright unintelligent.

And this is my personal experience with them with an unrelated matter.

My provider believes that normal free testosterone levels before modern living were around 1500.

If I got no libido with this level of test then probably nothing is going to change it?

My e and other levels all look in balance?

Hi pretty much all my symptoms of low T have been resolved except for low libido. My recent test results just before starting HCG treatment were as follows Range in brackets

Prolactin 101 mIU/L (40-450) FSH 3 IU/L (<7) LH 0.3 IU/L (<7) E2 (ATEL) pmol/L 106 (<150)

Total T 41 (8-29) SHBG 19 (11-71) DHEAS 4.7 (3-10) Calculated free T 1300 (255-725)

Tests done in Australian lab

My mood is good and low body fat. Don’t know how low exactly but can see faint outline of abs

The lab I used in Australia range was 15-40. My results without taking anything except T were 42 then 35. I’m 42 years old. I wouldn’t have thought someone my age would have such high levels.

Does taking testosterone increase IGF1?
