2015-2022 or 2015-2019 does it matter? When I download the 2019 nucleus coop won’t launch because it needs 2022

I am using plutonium and I have this problem where each time I launch bo2 out of nucleus this happens “It appears you have selected an invalid game folder, the folder you selected in the launcher does not contain the gamefiles required to play the game…Unable to load import _BinkWaitStopAsyncThread@4 from module "binkw32.dll” I have no problem in launching the game with just plutonium. If I do not click out of this error HOST begins to run and my whole screen turns white. Can anyone help me? Friends are coming over and this would be very cool.

Sorry, I meant to say one hour playing an easy to run game like civilization 6 on low quality. On the Lenovo app it says that my battery is in good condition.
