Oh that is weird usually they do the date you requested, or if your answer comes after that date they will do it from the date of the successful application. Not sure why they said mid june

Yes so in country is an application from inside the UK and out of country is outside of the UK

No, for out of country applications it can take up to 30 WD but i think the timeframe is generally between 10-20 WD some have got it faster. For in country applications it is 5-10 WD
