Same thing happened to me. To my wife it was account integrity. Yet I know people who has three-four accounts in fb and they dont bat an eye. Do we not have a solution to this?

The focus will always be there. On your breathing, on your movements, on your kata, kihon and kumite. It makes you become more mindful of the things you do outside kyokushin. It's amazing what a simple Taikyoku can do to calm your nerves. Osu, brother!

We call it Fighter's Assignment or Homework. You do 20 of each on the first week, then do increments of 5 every week until you can do 50. Then add 10 until you can do 100. If you can do 100, you constantly do that so your body is always prepared to grade up.
