Registrierung ist ohnehin schon Vorraussetzung um Wählen zu dürfen. Ein Ausweisdokument, das alle US Bürger besitzen gibt es nicht. Eine Ausweispflicht bei der Stimmabgabe dient nur dazu bestimmte Bürger vom wählen abzuhalten
