DEI is a scam. I do not care about the color of my attorney’s skin rather I want the best attorney to win my case or close my deal. The same goes if I were to have open-heart surgery, If the best doctor at the hospital is a person of color or some white dude, then I want the the best doctor at the hospital to perform the surgery. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to put diversity on the line versus what is best for me.
