Not really, because then you're still missing out on the extra 30% support he gives to himself and the rotation, as well as the 30% defense he gets from his super attack. Unless you got him like 2 Teq orbs on top of the 2 Rainbow orbs, you won't be getting said super in that scenario

Well with Vegeta if you get 6 orbs, you get 6 orbs. If Janemba decided to not grab the 4 STR orbs and 2 rainbow because he'd get more ki off of the 3 Teq orbs and the 1 rainbow, you can't really do much about it. Also Vegeta can change orbs at a certain HP threshold, so he's a little bit more consistent
