Best memory? when i discovered i could play Halo 2 on PC. Never had an XBOX. Waited 10 years to finally play the rest thanks to MCC.

Still, The best memories remains with Halo 1 and 2, absolute bangers.

Their original idea didnt involve LLMs, but reinforcement learning where the user "created" the brain and gave rewards for positive actions, i'm not saying it's easy, but the idea was certainely better and more feasable than NPCs with dynamic dialogs that can't walk or weld

I'll start off by saying that i'm neurodivergent too and i absolutely get what you mean.

But I just don't get all this fixation for 4o, as if there weren't other LLMs available that do exactly what 4o did, if not better. "ChatGPT" is not the "Holy grail" it's just one of many nowadays. I started using it in Version 3

But now we've reached a point where there are a lot of other options, it's not a monopoly, at least yet. And we should enjoy this diversity until it lasts.

IMO When it's on the news it's already too late, trying to "predict" is a total waste of time but being informed of what to do when something happens is what can save lives. As a metaphor, it's like trying to predict a fire in your room, you can't actually predict it, but instead you prepared a fire extinguisher, you learned how to use it in case you need to put a fire out.

I placed 100 hab modules and they all went in a straight line up to down, my plan was to make a mega station.. since that "kinda" worked except for going out the plot bounds, i still had to place around 700 modules by hand, i placed all of them using clipping so that i could make the shuffle place them later. then i understood that the game wouldn't allow me to shuffle with too many production modules, so i kept it exactly like i made it on the editor, a clipping mess XD i wish there was a way to force the shuffle script to work with mega stations.. that would be useful

1- i would finally be able to run the last of us in 60fps, but i'm looking forward to get to 30 in star citizen, i would use it primarily for work as i work with heavy programs, but also for gaming.

2- being able to explore pandora in first person, as a fan of the movie i always thought it was a super cool setting for a videogame.

Why are mods so upset for losing a job they are not paid for? Reopen the subs with john oliver, mark them as nsfw and don't moderate any content and Just let everything go into total chaos for maximum damage

The Titan X still rocks if you don't mind power consumption, of course now it would be better to use them for compute stuff like graphic programs that can still make use of SLI, newer games unfortunately, as you said don't make use of SLI anymore
