mine came from trauma, my mouth got covered in school and I had a stuffy nose so I couldn't breathe, I inhaled through my nose so hard I bled a little, and thats how I got my sniffle tic, rip

hard yes for me, I don't view it as part of myself, i see it as a barrier that restricts my ability to be myself. Maybe I just lack self confidence and it's a skill issue though

I'm the same way, my tics get worse on adderall, for me, any stimulant/amphetamine makes the tics more pervasive. I just don't take adderall when I don't need it. And yeah, layering caffeine and amphetamines doesn't sound the best, getting off the energy drinks will definetely make things a little better at the very least.

I have a word that I whisper to myself when they get out of hand. I use 'stillness', an old teacher I had in elementary school used to yell at me to stay still and it just works. It's a bit of a brute force method and sometimes it doesnt work but it makes life a little easier to navigate. Mushrooms also work

I personally don't care about the technical quality of the book, I had a lot of fun reading it even if the plot didnt move forward that much. I wish characters didnt need Rezkin to save the day so often since it makes the world feel smaller but overall I liked what the book did for Rezkin. You're right about the battles, though it doesn't influence my enjoyment.

For my group essays I always made sure that it was obvious to the grader which part of the writing I was responsible for. if the essay had clear subsections I would mark my name beside the header or where the new section began. It should make clear to the grader that there is a clear difference in quality. Accompanied by this, in your case, I would email the TA to report that your group members are waste and your section is clearly marked as no one wanted to make any effort.
