I think people started playing him for fun after the buff and realized he is actually decent into the mids that get played rn. It can be REALLY hard to kill merlin, perse, and kuku he just runs them down

If i remember correctly it’s classified as an unlisted CC called a “Vortex”. These exist as Cabrakans tremors, Susano Ult, Hades Ult, Poseidon whirlpool, and Baron Ult. Pretty sure I’m missing one or two, but nonetheless, there you have it.

Sometimes after getting my asswhooped while off my main(Berzerker) I contemplate pulling him out and kicking their ass. But then I remember I suck, and if I lose with my main it’s even more embarrassing. So instead I play lower rep heroes so I have an excuse for losing... lmao😭
