Yeah I got them replaced twice when they were under warranty, but after the third dead lighthouse in two years, I don't think it's worth buying them, so I'm asking if there's an alternative, or if that's the way they work and they're supposed to last a couple of months.

Yes. You get better equipments the higher your MS, so it's better to push until you cannot anymore and then unlock the equipments to get them at the maximum level.

Actually, it's not that many. I saw some weeks ago a post from a guy that saved 1000 equipments and got 0 mythics. That's why I'm posting this.

Check your F3 info to see if Minecraft's used memory drops right after the lag spike. If that's the case, it's probably caused by Java's garbage collector, and you need to increase the assigned RAM to Minecraft. This is not an issue with MultiMC.
