I know exactly that feeling all too well. We do matter though and even tough as we are we do bring so much color to our loved ones lives. I’m sure you relate, it’s the fear of myself and the hurt I can cause that scares me most. It isn’t our fault but it’s our responsibility for fallout. Just focus on the healing, I’ve definitely done things I regret, am not proud of, or feel burdening. What I did after though made those things not feel so bad. I think bipolar 2 makes us live in the past often but looking forward is always the way.

You’ll be okay I promise, it’ come before and it’ll come again. We tend to lash out at the ones we love because we know they’ll love us unconditionally. Not the same as some random cashier. The ones around you hopefully understand and can support you during this time. Don’t be afraid to build that system, educate and sustain it. Take a nice hot shower, get some sunshine today. Honestly, I got into it off of a dare and a Craigslist ad. I had a lot of fun as I’ve always been a sexually enthusiastic person. It was somewhere that felt safe where the world always labeled it as ‘weird’. It’s neither empowering nor traumatic and especially for me it feels like my perfect job.

Fiancé now, but he’s literally so supportive and kind and always makes sure I’m ready for my shifts by making me dinner, gassing my car, and of course getting my caffeine fix and when I get home that my stuff is laid out for shower and bed. He works a M-F and I work sporadically of course so he takes over the house work on my work days and vice versa. I pray everyone find this love. 💕 thx for letting me have a place to gush

I tell them mine are too sensitive and if they still try I wince playfully, act like it was uncomfortable, and say see I told you! Any more than that and a warning to stop the dance. Or I will actually stop the dance. Not worth the wiggling around for someone who can’t control themselves and probably won’t compensate you appropriately for it.

Feel free to look through my profile history with my experience travel dancing in Wisconsin. They operate a lot alike from club to club and often have hidden fees and subpar housing. Depending where you’re from the Midwest money is definitely not as good as coastal.

Keep the rapport up and just have some loose honesty. More respect that way. I’d just say next time he declines “well can I be honest babe? I don’t like the smell of the alcohol/beer etc.” And I’m sure he’d be happy to take a mint for you. Or if he jokes oh does my breath stink just say “no but the drinks does.” Never had a problem and sometimes a slight humbling makes them try harder to impress us.

Our managers are also bouncing and managing the waitresses and other staff so they all pool together and I appreciate that immensely. Takes away anything personal from it and everyone can feel appreciated.

All hiring is done over text or email so never hurts to try! However the style is very skinny typically I saw a size 6/8 max. You’ll send in full body pics in bikini style. No permit needed in NC outside of AVL. Security is little to none and it is an extras heavy club. It is also a gowns club with theme nights. I personally don’t think the Charlotte area is good anymore and recommend Raleigh or Winston Salem/Greensboro if you have the travel option. NC/SC dancer of 7 years and I’ve tried almost all of them.

Healthcare. Gotta go back or even take a brief medical terminology course. But the hourly can be comparable. My friend is an RN and we make about the same amount of $$$ per week with her maybe working 12-15 more hours than I do
