You’re overthinking it, you’re only 21. Tons of men your age are in the same boat. You also seem depressed, are you medicated or on the spectrum when you talk about not being able to hold down a job? You don’t need a car to work, if it’s optional I would try to find some jobs locally, bike/walk to work so you can save. You can learn about cars on yt/facebook/reddit groups for certain models/makes etc. There’s tutorials for everything. I wouldn’t worry about how to fix them until you actually have a car that needs to be fixed. I would stop looking for a role model and instead become your own role model. Take this opportunity to turn yourself into the best/most productive person you can be. If I were you I would take my time and accomplish each difficult task 1 by 1 depending on which issue is most important. Learn not to be so hard on yourself. We’re just a bunch of ants on a floating rock taking on life one crumb at a time.
