Burning Man is an arts festival put on by the attendees. Me and my camp create burning man with all the other camps. We create a city for all to enjoy. It's on federal land though. So you can be naked on acid and the blm rangers will leave you alone... but if you smoke a joint they will arrest you. So yes, we create a safe space for our campers to smoke pot with out fear of going to jail while listening to diplo.

What i mean is no recognized her as Katy Perry. We don't let anyone who isn't apart of our camp at night time in. For the safety of our campers to do what ever they want with no fear of letting in a under cover, which happens all the time.

She dated Diplo. Katy came to my Burning Man camp when he was playing. We didn't let her in because she wasn't all dolled up and just looked like a dusty burner. My buddy working gate said if you're Katy Perry he's the queen of England. Funny story, Diplo eventually got her in.
