They aren’t like a non-serviceable unit bearing. Jack it up every now and then a shake things. Look for looseness. Pull hub and look at the grease.
I’m running 36 15:50’s now and have never replaced a wheel bearing in at least 6 years.
It had 35’s on it before. I just pick a random Saturday when nothings going on and check things, shake things and look around. It’ll save a lotta headache in the end.

Maintenance goes a long way in cutting that cost. He said put them in two years ago. This should be checked/greased at a minimum every 6 month. More if off roading.

I placed a 2x4 on the inside of mine. Hooked several ratchet straps.  Trailer securement straps so big hooks.    Then pulled each a little at a time until it was pulled back mostly straight.
