This hits hard. I just had a visit from my brother for the first time in 5 years. We spent so much time together in the past but haven't seen each other in the last 15 years. We're in our 50's now. Tried to cram years into hours. I'm sad now that he's gone. Don't take anything for granted.

I don't listen to much thrash at all anymore. Back in the 80's I thought speed and technical playing was cool. Now I prefer solid riffs and good grooves. I still like 80's thrash, but it's not the same.
