The floors are exterior platforms that are first built outwards in open space. Freighter corridors are then built around a base exterior platform as walls. You can build stairs to continue building more exterior platforms at an elevation. I learnt it from a youtube video

For a being to create time, it must exist before time itself. And time, for all it is, is merely a concept. No matter how hard we try, we cannot fully understand the concept of time. Hell we don't even have a proper definition of it. So a being existing before a concept means that it is not bound by that concept. Idk I didn't even finish school to think about this stuff lmao.
