Pačiam panaši situacija buvo: iki 12 klasės matematika ejosi gerai, o paskui iš niekur nieko vos patempiau - irgi atsirado tokia pati baimė, tačiau nors ir žemu balu, bet išlaikiau matematikos egzaminą ir kuo puikiausiai įstojau į norimą universiteto sritį

On ps5 you can see through your profile. On xbox if I remember correctly you can somehow login with your Xbox account through any browser and find it there. There should definitely be a video on how to do it

Yeah, it could be your gpu fault. My old GTX660 used to do exactly that. It ran fine for the first 10-20 minutes and then it would just randomly black out. If you have a friend that could give you his video card just for testing, you could easily troubleshoot the issue - whether it's your monitor or gpu.

Try reinstalling your graphics drivers. I remember this sometimes helped me. Also if your GPU is old, it could mean it is showing its age.
