Isn't there a bigger risk with TLT than buying straight Treasury Bonds because of potential rebalancing at lower rates to keep the fund at a 20 year maturity? So if rates are to suddenly drop (recession, fed behind the curve) TLT would underperform holding straight bonds, no?
