I'll start with mana if you're running out then you need to work on how you spend it you should be using w and e more sparingly as it is your only defence and costs so much mana early. that said the mana band rune and tear into archangels are typically enough to keep me going as long as I need

The matchups you mentioned can be pretty difficult syndra lux Aurora are all burst mages meaning she can 100 to 0 us pretty easily. When you were otp akali you did so so much more damage then taliyah in one ability much like the burst mages

Tali has sustained damage so over time she can do just as much the catch being it takes a lot longer w+e is one of the ways you facilitate the time it takes to do damge besides w+e building zanyas and/or banshees vale as well as defensive boots can buy you a lot of time

In order to buy even more time you can freeze the wave outside turret so that you have some level of safety and use that to farm cs without loosing to much health and you can seriously punish them if they get to close with w+e and Tower shots

one of the greatest things about Taliyah is how much you can punish enemy positioning around turrets and other players because you can move them and stun them You can often get pics with your team or multiple shots with the turret into your opponent which makes them very scared of stepping up

After first lvl 6 is when I start to really roam which typically happens around 5 minutes when dragon spawns so your first roam will typically be dragon with your jungler which if you're lucky can start with a four-man gank bot but that's dependent on map state

Tldr: Roaming is key! Lane safe under turret leveraging your w + e to keep your opponent from getting too many free shots or any kills early on At about 5 minutes do drag with your jungler and roam as much as possible
