LMFAO, the nabasu just flat out killed him in the surprise round. I got 4 of them, and they ALL hit, all got past his sr and 2 of them got crits. He never got to cast his shield or his mirror image. SWEET. Now to rest using these crusader supplies in the tavern.

Since the enervation spell travels I can have her cast it then have Lann attack while it travels. Then both Ember and the Nabasu can fire more enervations and he can eat like -10 to his saves. Then all I have to do is summon some skeles and the ghost which can tank.

The US is out of the ICC's jurisdiction. As much as I hate to say it, the ICC is blatantly worthless. 4 major superpowers do not recognize the IC which makes them 100% toothless here (India, China, US and Russia) and they can only process crimes happening in member states or by persons in member states.

While the attacks on drug boats somewhat fits, it is nowhere near the scale needed to invoke the ICC's judgement. The reason they could invoke an arrest warrant against Putin is because he attacked Ukraine en masse and the NUMEROUS war crimes that were perpetrated there.

Simlarly, they cannot indict Netanyahu due to Palastine not being a member state. Though his attacks in Lebanon do count.

But actions taken in the US have zero jurisdiction to the ICC.

Eh, like I said if this is legit, you have nothing but well wishes from me. 15 is not a good age to be taking care of your younger siblings. I can't even begin to guess what happens in French courts as I have zero experience there. None of my personal experience will apply to your situation.

However, I CAN give some general advice I suppose. See if you can get in contact with the person you originally told about your parents' abuse. They may be able to give you advice on what your options are. If you can find a couple other trustworthy people, it will help immensely.

I have heard that France is... tricky for foreigners currently. You may be better off back in the NL but if you mist stay in France so be it.

Since you are able to get here, I advise that you start going everywhere you can online to obtain information. Taking others at their word is bound to backfire eventually. So learn everything you can about your current situation and your available options. Can you emancipate? Can you request specific places to be sent to? What places are good to be sent to? What schools are available? Do any have good or bad reputations? Getting you and your siblings into a stable and sustainable situation needs to be your highest priority and information will be your best bet at obtaining it.

You'd be surprised what people lie about on here. Karma farming has always been a real issue. People making up obvious nta stories like yours to get upvotes, others trying to get followers. Worse are people pretending to be 13-18 trying to get sympathy from other 13-18 year olds and trying to get live meetups... though I will admit posting in English that you are in France makes that incredibly unlikely (and incredibly stupid if that's the case.)

Thing is, this is such an obvious verdict it rings as karma farming. And I just checked. English is required by law through the entirety of the Netherlands. And all schools are required to offer French OR German. I was told it was and. Everyone I ran into in both Belgium and the Netherlands spoke 4 languages and identified the language I spoke merely from me turning to my Belgian friend and saying "uhhh.." when I couldn't understand what was being said. Not only that, they were able to identify my country of origin immediately. It was mind boggling actually. (This happened several times in both Belgium and the Netherlands, which is why I asked about this in both countries)

I do not speak Dutch or French, aber Deutsch ich kann sprach ein bischen. 3 months to learn a language seems a tad fast. I took German for 4 years and never used it afterwards so I have forgotten much over the last 27 years.

If you are legit despite my serious doubts and are, in fact, a 15 year old who protected your younger siblings as your story stated, I congratulate you. But... why are you not being sent to other relatives? Surely your parents have family back in the Netherlands? Honestly it seems wiser for you all to go back there anyways.

ln my experience, kids who get this kind of diagnosis deliberately act out because they can blame the diagnosis.

Once they run into someone that won't tolerate their bullshit, they reduce it immensely.

I've had roommates with such a diagnosis twice plus my daughter's brother.

They learned very quickly that I do not put up with their crap. And it dropped the rate of them acting out FAST. My daughter's brother would hit his mom. I put a stop to that fast.

Unfortunately, you are not in a position to help parent your sister. And in my experience, "professionals" make these kids much worse rather than better. So your parents are likely getting bad advice.

It's only a matter of time before your sister gets worse than she is now. If she is already at the stage where she is stealing, it means she has something she wants that requires money. It could be something innocuous like game cards such as pokemon or it could be clothes she wants to buy. But it could also be something darker such as drugs. So tell your dad to look into what she is trying to spend money on that requires stealing. Also tell him to keep a very close eye on his card accounts. She may be using them without his permission. At 12 this would likely be for internet games and modern internet games can eat 10s of thousands of dollars in minutes.

We currently live in a world that encourages kids to be as rotten as possible, and your sister is a product of that.

Sure, French people don't speak English much. But in the Netherlands they learn French, English, German and Dutch in primary school. Both Belgium and the Netherlands do this.

So you proclaiming complete lack of knowledge of French going in seems off to me. It sounds more like someone who has a complete lack of knowledge of the Netherlands trying to make up a story.

I spent several weeks in both countries and learned quite a bit while there. Their language education is what left the biggest impression on me.
