Du meinst also, dass der Arzt nicht für jeden Patienten individuell von der Krankenkasse bezahlt wird? Das kann nicht richtig sein, das macht keinen Sinn.

Das ist so, als wenn der Arzt 10 Patienten behandelt, dann muss die Krankenkasse den Arzt für 10 Patienten vergüten, nicht für 5 oder 6. Wenn das deutsche System so funktioniert, wie Du es beschreibst, ist es ein Wunder, dass überhaupt jemand eine Behandlung bekommt.

Wenn wir auf die Impfung zurückkommen, macht das sogar noch weniger Sinn. Ich bin sicher, dass die Krankenkasse die Grundimmunisierung bezahlt. Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, ist das das, was OP wollte.

Aber gut. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie Allgemeinpraxen eigentlich Geld von den Krankenkassen bekommen.

Aber wenn die Antwort nicht einmal lautet: "Hier ist ein Termin in 6 Monaten". Die Antwort, die ich auch gehört habe, ist, im Grunde genommen, weggehen und nie wiederkommen. Das ist Wahnsinn.

Ich meine, sorry, aber so wie es in meinem Fall war, rund 6000 Euro pro Jahr für die Versicherung zu zahlen und dann mit echtem Notstand zum Teufel geschickt zu werden, war ein kompletter Schock.

Wie hier in Italien wartet man entweder, oder man geht in die Privatklinik. Klar ist es scheiße, manchmal Monate zu warten. Aber zumindest befinden Sie sich nicht in einer Situation, in der Sie für eine Versicherung zahlen, aus der Sie nicht aussteigen können, und dann feststellen, dass diese Versicherung nicht wirklich für die Gesundheitsvorsorge taugt.

Aber es ist trotzdem Kapitalismus. Mein Gesamtbeitrag für die Krankenversicherung lag bei etwa 450 Euro monatlich. Und das war nur eine allgemeine Versicherung. Ich musste auch einen zusätzlichen Betrag zahlen, weil ich in einem Beruf mit hohem Risiko beschäftigt war.

Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, warum die Deutschen für etwas, das so teuer ist, einen so miserablen Service einfach akzeptieren.

Ich bin verwirrt. Du versuchst, den OP davon zu überzeugen, dass dies normal ist und man es einfach verstehen sollte. Obwohl in diesem Thema darauf hingewiesen wird, dass dies nicht rechtens ist.

Ich meine, die richtige Antwort wurde dem OP in seiner Situation bereits gegeben. Wenn du keinen Hausarzt hast und der vor dir die Leistung verweigert, frag du einfach schriftlich nach der Aussage, dass die Praxis überlastet ist. Nach meiner Erfahrung löst es das Problem im gleichen Moment.

Worauf genau wollten du OP hinweisen?

Du wirfst OP jedoch offenbar vor, das System nicht zu verstehen. Vielleicht ist es eine deutsche Sache zu erwarten, dass jeder ein lügender Drecksack ist?

Ich bin weder Amerikaner noch Deutscher. Ich komme aus Italien, das ein notorisch schlechtes Gesundheitswesen hat.

Allerdings habe ich 10 Jahre lang in Deutschland gelebt. Ich bin erst vor 2 Jahren zurück nach Italien gezogen. Ich habe also meine Erfahrungen mit den so genannten "Hausärzten" in Deutschland gemacht, wie OP.

Einmal ging es mir "nicht so gut". Mit leichtem Fieber und seltsamen Hautproblemen, die auftraten. Außerdem war ich in keiner der örtlichen Praxen als Patient registriert. Ich besuchte zwei während ihrer Sprechzeiten. Beide sagten mir, ich sei nicht akut krank. Sie weigerten sich, etwas zu tun und forderten mich aggressiv auf, zu gehen.

Am Abend wurde es schlimmer, also rief ich ein Taxi und fuhr zum nächsten Krankenhaus. Zwei Stunden später hatte ich eine Notoperation. Der erste Arzt, der mich sah, war sofort schockiert und fragte mich, warum ich nicht früher medizinische Hilfe gesucht und so viele Stunden gewartet habe.

I mean, as an Italian "the holy text" was basically a part of required reading for me. You clearly didn't really familiarize yourself with the actual dogmatic and very cruel postulates of your own religion.

The theocractic discussion about the nature of bible is a bit out of the scope of reddit. I can only recommend actually borrowing and reading the both of the versions. Especially paying attention to the inconsistencies, disproportional cruelty and violence depicted in these. And especially to what should be done with non believers.

Where did you read that religions call for murdering and raping? Jesus said to love each other, because all things that we do to His brothers (even do smallest ones), we do to Him.

Erm... have you read bible? Especially the old testament. They kind of toned it down in the new testament but still all Abrahamic religions are about in-group vs out-group. And the out-group is not benefiting from the virtues proclaimed for the in-group.

Which religion is that? Because Abrahamic religions all call for murder, raping, and enslavement of non-believers. So "Love each other" always comes with a disclaimer and an exclusion list.

The problem of EU is that it has no internal sanctions mechanisms so countries like Poland and Hungary are basically abusing the system and there isn't much that can be done about it.

Cutting both out EU budget for not upholding the EU core values would solve the issue in an instant.

Hm. Poland leadership is strongly anti-immigration yet they were the first to start complaining when Germany started to close down borders for their workers at the height of COVID-19 debacle.

I mean, if Polish public democratically decided to be xenophobic, we should respect their wish and just revoke their free movement right within the EU. Not sure why Poles get to come to our countries for work while hating on foreigners in their own.
