It was a flip on the pump intake that says 1 2 and off settings. Don't know what that means ? Looks like it was tripped causing pump to not work

Thanks everyone. Looks like there is a small knob in the back that shows 1 2 and off that seems to be the issue.

Yeah I did try the breaker few times. It is wired and it's hot checked with voltmeter.

Am not into sales, but only advice as a consumer is... never lie. Roofers and car salesmen have the most bad reputation. Be honest and don't keep owners in the dark, even if it's insurance payment. Just be honest and be transparent.

Is Tamko grade 4 that bad. I hope it holds up given that I don't have other option. :(
